As it rapidly approaches, Halloween costumes can be harder to find. Also, they are priced on the higher side. In high school, you need a costume for one day for extra credit. These are 15 costumes that you can build with basic articles of clothing that are found in almost everyone's closet. #1 Lilo from Lilo and Stitch     A Lilo costume can be made from a red tube top, a Hawaiian skirt, and a cute pair of sandals. If you want you can curl your hair and give yourself beach waves to emphasize the idea of living in Hawaii. Introduction   Love Rosie began for several reasons. First off, blogging. If you asked me a year ago, I never would have thought I would do it. It's not something you can wake up one day, and say, “I'm gonna be a blogger." For me, Pinterest sparked my interest. My likes can range from NFL football to fashion. I found myself flip-flopping between too many websites. I hope that Love Rosie will have everything that you, as a reader,  need and want. Probably a dull paragraph here and there, but the topics should keep you intrigued (As I said, a wide range of interests). The second reason is my cousin. I say that she's my cousin, but really if we were being professional, she is my second cousin once removed. She is roughly eight years older than me and is like the older sister I never had.  She has supported me through all my life choices and is a big influence on me and my writing.
